Chicken Panic: Fox Heist ("the Game") is developed by Simplex Digital. This policy explains what data the Game processes.
Game progress (coins, upgrades, skins, missions) is stored locally on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the Game.
Online leaderboard. To show the worldwide and weekly leaderboard, the Game sends the following to our database (Supabase): the nickname you choose (or an automatic name such as "Fox1234"), your best level and best level of the current week, a random identifier generated by the Game on first launch (not linked to your Google account or advertising ID), and a two-letter country code derived from your device's time zone setting, used only to show a country flag next to your name. The Game does not use your location (GPS) or your IP address to determine the country, and requests no location permission.
Game statistics. The Game sends anonymous gameplay events (for example "level cleared", "level failed", "ad watched") together with the same random identifier, so we can balance difficulty. It also uses Google Firebase Analytics, which collects app usage and device information as described in Firebase privacy information.
To have your leaderboard entry deleted, email us from the address below with your nickname.
The Game shows advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process data such as your advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID), approximate location derived from IP address, and device information, in order to serve and measure ads. This processing is governed by Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy and How Google uses data in AdMob.
You can opt out of personalised advertising in your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalisation" / "Delete advertising ID".
The Game is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads are served in accordance with Google Play's Families policies where applicable.
The Game uses the VIBRATE permission for gameplay haptic feedback and, if you allow it, the notification permission for an occasional daily reminder. No location, camera, microphone or contacts permissions are requested.
